Thirteen printed dimensions were measured wall-face to wall-face and fitted to a single uniform scale. The residuals are 1.2 inches RMS — 1.04 px, which is the quantisation limit of a 645-px-wide raster. There is no direction-dependent stretch worth correcting and no room drawn "loose" for marketing effect. Unlabelled rooms can therefore be measured off the drawing with confidence.
The source is a 645-pixel JPEG, so enlarging it only enlarges its blur. This is the plan re-drawn as vector linework from the wall coordinates traced out of that raster, at the fitted scale, with the measured length written on every face. Where a wall is shared, one dimension serves both of its faces — they are the same length.

Each row is a dimension the drawing prints, measured between the same two wall faces the label spans. The bar shows the error against a single least-squares scale; the tinted band is ±1 px, the smallest difference the raster can express.

The scale was fitted only to room labels. Applied to the furniture and equipment — which the labels never touch — it returns standard manufactured dimensions, so the drawing is internally consistent as well as correctly labelled.

Clear dimensions are inside-face to inside-face. Each face is listed as it is drawn, broken at jogs and openings — openings are flagged because they are subtracted from wall surface, not part of it. Rooms with no printed dimension are marked deduced.
The balcony label is honest, but the balcony is not rectangular. The west guard rakes inward as it runs south, so the slab is a shallow wedge — 5′8″ across at the north end, 3′11″ at the south, and 4′9″ where the dimension is printed. The printed 4′9″ × 18′6″ implies 88 sq ft and the traced polygon is about 90, because 4′9″ is the mean width rather than the maximum.
Thickness is the one class of dimension where a single pixel matters proportionally, so read these as nominal. They do sort cleanly into three families, which is itself a sign the drawing was produced from a real model rather than traced.

A plan carries no vertical information, so wall lengths are recoverable but wall areas are not. Multiply the face lengths above by whatever height applies once it is confirmed from a section or the finishes schedule.
Room labels on suite plans are conventionally taken to finished faces, but the drawing does not say so. Systematic error of about an inch is possible on any single dimension even though the scale itself is sound.
Living and kitchen share one room with no wall between them. Their printed dimensions fit a split at a line continuing the office partition southward — which is where the labels resolve to the inch, so it is almost certainly the intended split, but it is not built.
The balcony guard, the WIC door wall and the foyer corridor wall are all off-orthogonal or stepped. Their lengths above are computed from traced endpoints and carry roughly twice the error of an orthogonal face.
Its printed 10′5″ × 9′0″ describes the main rectangle. The north-east corner opens into a 3′7″ × 2′0″ entry alcove beside the closet, which the label does not account for — about 7 sq ft of extra floor.
The file is a 645 × 588 JPEG despite its .png name. One pixel is 1⅛″ and compression softens every edge, so no single dimension is better than about ±1″ regardless of how well the overall scale fits.
The sheet notes balconies on even floors 18 to 44. Slab edges and column sizes usually change up a tower; this geometry is only guaranteed for the floors this sheet covers.
